Return Policy

We offer returns on all orders within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. Note that if your item is a custom order, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 business days of your item being received by Novelie customer care. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
