Refund policy

We do not offer returns at this time.  We will offer an exchange for a new piece of your choosing. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and your order must be returned in the same condition at buyer's expense. Custom orders are non-refundable, or returnable as they are made from scratch for you, per your specifications as we come up with the design.

We do not refund for items that might become lost or stolen. This is an occurrence where you would reach out to your local post office and proceed with filing a claim.
